I recently had Smart Tree Service cut down 6 large White Oak trees on my property. Some were quite near buildings. Gilmer Santos came to give me a quote the same day that I contacted him. He estimated that the work would take about 2 days. We scheduled the work for about 10 days later because I was going to be out of town. On the appointed day his 5 man crew arrived at the appointed time of 8 am and set to work. They carefully took down the trees, put all the large limbs and trunks in an area that I had designated ahead of time. They chipped the smaller limbs and leaves and left the chips on my property. They make great mulch that I use in my garden. They did not use a crane. After they had cut and moved the trees they did a really good job cleaning up, leaving the areas looking better than they had before their work. Their price was very competitive and I am quite pleased with their work. I’ll likely call them again when I need more tree work done.
